Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a great location just off I-435, making it easy to get around Kansas City. The rooms were the most spacious and clean I've ever seen, but the lack of breakfast was a downside. The service was extremely accommodating and friendly, which made my stay memorable.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the room had some issues, like not being ready at check-in and being located next to a noisy area, the service was exceptional with extremely friendly staff. The location was convenient with easy access to the city. However, the dining options left much to be desired.
Despite some slight room odor, having to pay for internet, and pricey food at the restaurant, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall, especially during the Naka-Kon anime convention. The mattress might be too hard for some, and the rooms felt small and cramped. However, I am considering returning next year.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms caused some worry and anxiety for my daughter being next to the lounge, but they were okay overall. The service was extra friendly, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The location, while convenient, required a bit of a walk carrying luggage due to the filled parking lot. The dining experience was a mix as the menu offered variety, but the quality was not consistent. Despite some shortcomings, the facilities were decent.
The hotel had excellent beds, very clean rooms, and the staff was top-notch. While the internet was not free, and the food was a bit pricey at the restaurant, I would still consider returning next year for the Naka-Kon anime convention.
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were not spectacular but had everything I needed, and the breakfast was quite tasty. The service was friendly and helpful, although with a minor hiccup. The location was convenient but required a bit of a walk with luggage. The dining options were varied, and the facilities were sufficient.
